REVERSE

SMR REVERSE is a prosthesis designed to be used with the cemented and non cemented stems of the SMR anatomical system. The reverse humeral body is produced with a hydroxyapatite (HA) coating in the primary implant version or as a trauma system with sanded surface finish and suture passing holes for anchoring soft tissues. Three sizes of UHMWPE are available with a chamfer to decrease the risk of impingement and the consequent scapular notch phenomenon; increased ROM is guaranteed.
The inlays can be oriented in different positions on the reverse humeral body.
The glenosphere comes in sizes starting from 36mm in the concentric type. The eccentric version can be oriented in different positions with a center of rotation offset 4mm from the axis of the metal back.
Connection to the metal back is based on the double cone technology, further supported by a safety screw.
